Q: What is The Adult Sports League?

A: The Adult Sports League was founded to facilitate sports and social activities in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Games and matches are played followed by team gatherings at local bars which include discounted food/drinks and social activities!   Bring your friends, make some new ones, form a team, COME OUT AND PLAY! Your fee includes a team t-shirt, officials/referees, and sponsored social activities.
Q: What happens after I pay?

  • Individuals Without a team
  • We will place you on a team that needs players or create a new one when enough players sign up to start another team. 
  • Get a copy of the Football Rules | Softball Rulesfor Review. 
  • We will refund your money if we can't place you on a team.
Q: If I sign up as a free agent or small group am I guaranteed to get on a team?

A: We do our best to get you placed on a team.  We may create a new team if there are enough free agents, or we will add you to a team that doesn't have enough players. If we cannot find you a team, we will refund your money if we can't place you on a team.
Q: Can I get a refund

A: There are no refunds after the season has started.
Q: Where are the sports located?

A: We Currently have Coed Football Leagues in Pasadena, Venice, Van Nuys  and Santa Monica.
Q: Why are the prices different for different leagues?

A: Depending on the Time and location of the league games, the prices we are charged for fields vary. 
Q: Can I sign up a whole team at once?

A: You can pay the team deposit.  After that each memeber is responsible for their payment.  You can have your teamates pay online via paypal or they can pay in person at an event.  Team Fees are due On or before the determined sign up night.  A  non refundable deposit is required to reserve your team's spot. (This price will vary depending on when the payment is received.)   This covers the first four players.    There is no Maximum number of players.  We must receive payment by the sign up date.  If you do not have 14 players on your team by the signup date, the league will add individuals until your have at least 14  players on the team.
Q: What sports do you have?

A: Coed Touch Football, Coed Softball.....More sports to come soon!!!!
Q: What is the age limit?

A: Over 21 years old is the only requirement.  We have people that play that are in their forties.  The majority of our players are in the age range of 22-34
Q: How do we get our t-shirts?

A: T-Shirts are supplied at the Opening Season party at the Local Sponsor Bars.
Q: What if I don’t play sports?

A: We have a large contingent of players that come out and play football for their first time.  Come check out some of ou FREE pickup games to see if you are interested.  Don't miss out just because you havn't played before.
Q: What are the team captain’s responsibilities?

A: Team captains should make sure that they have enough players to field a team each week, as well as keep EVERYONE organized. Should there be any questions or concerns over the course of the league, it is the team captain's responsibility to contact us.
Q: Can you set up practice fields for us?

A: No. We do not set up practices; however, you are more than welcome to set something up for your team on your own.
Q: What are the time commitments?

A: You will play one-hour games once a week. Except for the playoffs where you may play 2 games in one day.
