Team Captain Sign Ups - Team Fees are due On or before the determined sign up night.  A $280.00  non refundable deposit is required to reserve your team's spot.  This covers the first four players.    There is no Maximum number of players.  We must receive payment by the sign up date.  If you do not have 14 players on your team by the signup date, the league will add individuals until your have at least 14 players on the team.

Individual and Group Sign Ups - You can sign up as an individual or in a group of individuals.  You must sign up on or before the Sign up night deadline.  You must complete the Waiver form and pay the $70.00  league  fee.  If you are an idividual who does not have a team, you will be added to established teams that need additional players and/or New teams that are formed with other individuals.

Pay by check or cash at the sign up meetings or mail it to us.  Checks to be Made out to The Adult Sports League LLC.

Coed Touch Football Sign Ups

Pay the Coed Football Captain Team Deposit of $280.00 to reserve your team spot that covers your first four players positions.   




Individual Football Registration Signup of $70.00.

Coed Softball Sign Ups

Pay the Captain Team Deposit of $240.00 to reserve your team spot that covers your first four players positions.


Individual Softball Registration Signup of $60.00.

  1. Print out a Copy of the Captains Packet.
  2. Get a copy of the Football Rules for Review and distribution to your teammates.
  3. Email us  with the completed Team Roster Sheet.
  4. Get us the completed Team Waiver sheets before the season starts.

  1. We will place you on a team that needs players or create a new one when enough players sign up to start another team.

  3. We will refund your money if we can't place you on a team.
